AI Reporting Dashboards

An AI reporting dashboard consolidates numbers from your separate systems into one live view, then explains what changed in plain English and answers follow-up questions about the data. AI Easy Mode builds these on top of the sources you already have, so nobody spends Monday morning assembling a spreadsheet.

The report is old before it is finished

Numbers live in accounting, the CRM and three spreadsheets. Someone spends a day a week stitching them together, and the result is a snapshot of last week rather than a picture of now.

  • Manual consolidation every cycle
  • Different teams quoting different numbers
  • No explanation of why anything moved

Live numbers with the story attached

One dashboard fed directly from your systems, with agreed definitions for each metric, written commentary on what changed, and the ability to ask a follow-up question in plain language.

  • Single agreed definition per metric
  • Automatic narrative on the movements
  • Ask-a-question interface over the same data

Who this is for

  • Owners and executives
  • Finance and operations leaders
  • Team managers tracking weekly performance

How we do it

  1. 01

    Agree the metrics

Definitions first — most reporting disputes are definition disputes.

  2. 02

    Connect the sources

Direct connections instead of manual exports.

  3. 03

    Build the views

One executive view, then the team-level detail beneath it.

  4. 04

    Add the narrative

AI commentary layered on numbers that are already trusted.

Typical integrations

  • Accounting
  • CRM
  • Databases and warehouses
  • Spreadsheets
  • Ad and analytics platforms
  • Internal APIs

Why it's worth doing

One version of the truth

Everyone works from the same definitions.

Time back at month-end

Consolidation stops being someone's job.

Faster decisions

Questions get answered in the meeting, not after it.

§ FAQ

Questions people ask before starting

Do we need a data warehouse?
Not to start. For most small and mid-sized businesses, connecting directly to a handful of systems is enough. A warehouse becomes worthwhile as sources and volume grow.
Can it explain why a number moved?
It can summarise what changed and point at the largest contributing records. Causation still needs your judgement, and we design the commentary to reflect that.
Is this a BI tool replacement?
Sometimes. If you already run a BI platform your team likes, we build on top of it rather than replacing it.
