MVP App Development

An MVP is the smallest working version of your idea that real users can actually use, built to answer one question: will people use this? AI Easy Mode designs and builds MVPs for founders and business owners without an in-house development team, then helps you decide what the evidence says to build next.

The idea keeps growing before it ever ships

Every conversation adds a feature. The quote gets bigger, the timeline slips, and nothing reaches a real user — so the one question that matters stays unanswered.

  • Scope grows faster than the budget
  • Months of building before any feedback
  • No way to tell which features actually matter

Build the question, not the product

We work out what has to be true for the idea to work, build only the part that tests it, and get it in front of real users. What you learn decides phase two — and quite often it changes it.

  • Ruthless scope: one core flow, done properly
  • Real users, real data, early
  • Built on foundations that can scale if it works

Who this is for

  • Entrepreneurs with an app idea and no technical co-founder
  • Business owners spinning a service into a product
  • Teams validating an internal idea before committing budget

What we actually build

Marketplace pilot

One city, one category, manual matching behind the scenes — enough to prove demand before automating it.

Booking product

A single booking flow with payment, live for real customers within weeks.

AI utility

One narrow AI feature people will pay for, wrapped in a simple account and billing.

Productised service

A client-facing portal around a service you already deliver by hand.

How we do it

  1. 01

    Sharpen the question

We define the riskiest assumption and design the MVP to test it.

  2. 02

    Cut the scope

Everything that does not test the assumption is written down for later, not built now.

  3. 03

    Build and launch

A real product with accounts, payments and analytics — small, but not a mockup.

  4. 04

    Read the evidence

We review usage with you and recommend building on, changing direction, or stopping.

Typical integrations

  • Payments and subscriptions
  • Authentication
  • Email and notifications
  • Analytics
  • AI model providers
  • Databases and storage

Why it's worth doing

Learn before you spend

The cheapest feature is the one the evidence tells you not to build.

Founder-friendly

No technical co-founder required — we handle the build and explain the choices in plain English.

Yours to keep

Code, accounts and data transfer to you, so you are never locked in.

Cost and timeline

MVPs are quoted as a fixed-scope project after a scoping session. The single biggest cost driver is how much you are willing to leave out of version one, and we will push hard on that in your favour.

§ FAQ

Questions people ask before starting

How much should an MVP cost?
Less than the next version. An MVP is an experiment with a budget, so we scope it to the smallest build that produces a real answer and quote that as a fixed project after a free scoping call.
Will we have to rebuild it later?
Parts of it, sometimes. We build on standard, scalable foundations so success does not force a rewrite, but we do not over-engineer for scale you have not proven you need.
Do you take equity instead of fees?
No. We work on a straightforward project basis so incentives stay clear on both sides.

Tell us the problem. We'll tell you if we can help.

A free 30-minute call, a written scope, and a fixed number before anything gets built. If software isn't the answer, we'll say that too.
